Shipment
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, we do not charge shipping costs for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €7.50 will be charged.
For orders within the EU outside of Germany, shipping fees of €17.50 apply.
Orders outside the EU: €48.00.
When will you receive your order?
You can find the delivery date of your order in the tracking information from the shipping provider, which we will send you by email.
What can you do if your package has gone missing?
Please double-check the shipping status using the tracking information provided by the shipping company. Your package may be with a neighbor.
If you still cannot find your order, please contact us using the contact form. If necessary, we will initiate a trace request.
What can you do if your package is damaged?
If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, please sign for it only conditionally. If this is not possible, please do not accept the package.

Delivery to a parcel locker
DHL Packstation
As a customer with your own account, you can specify multiple addresses and select which address the package should be sent to. You can also send your package to DHL Packstations. The following information is required for this:
- First and Last Name
- Your DHL post number
As soon as your package arrives, you will be notified directly by DHL via email and/or SMS. 48 hours later you will receive a reminder about your shipment, and two days before the end of the storage period at the Packstation, you will receive another reminder.
